Inkerman™ offers free standard Ground shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $150.

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 24–48 hours, and should arrive within 1-5 days, depending on your location. If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer expedited services (at an additional cost), which are available at checkout.

If you live outside of the United States, we are more than happy to send you a pair of Inkerman™ shoes. At checkout, you will be shown available shipping rates with FedEx and USPS based on your shipping address. 

Once you have placed an order online you will receive a purchase confirmation email with tracking details. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster deliver, rates will depend on location and delivery time.

Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or packages routed to the wrong location. Inkerman is not responsible for lost packages when the customer inputted the wrong shipping address. 

Inkerman is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address), but please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes: these will be quoted and paid at checkout so that you know exactly what the cost is.

Inkerman™ offers full refunds or exchanges for any purchase, so long as the return is requested within 14-days of the original shipping date and the shoes that you are returning are unworn and in the condition that you received them in.

Inkerman charges a restocking fee on all domestic returns of $6 which will be deducted from the original payment.

To process a return, send an e-mail to nest@inkermannyc.com including your order number and the reason that you are returning your shoes. We will respond as soon as possible and include a prepaid return label.

Purchases returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. All sales items are not eligible for return. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Please note final sale items are non-returnable, and sale items purchased with a 20% or higher discount are eligible for store credit or exchange only. All products must be returned with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued.
