Fulfilment times will be on a best efforts basis during this period but we expect to delivery to remain as per usual. Inkerman™ offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $150. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 24–48 hours, and should arrive within 1-5 days, depending on your location. If you would like to receive your order faster, we offer expedited services (at an additional cost), which are available at checkout. If you live outside of the United States, we are more than happy to send you a pair of Inkerman™ shoes. At checkout, you will be shown available shipping rates with FedEx and USPS based on your shipping address. 

We will send you the tracking number for your shipment, as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order is processed for shipment. Please allow up to 12 hours for the FedEx website to update before seeking a tracking report. Once an order ships from the Inkerman™, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the FedEx tracking number you are provided within your shipment confirmation email.

N.B. All sales items are not eligible for return. Sale items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. 

Inkerman™ offers full refunds for any purchase, so long as the return is requested within 14-days of the original shipping date and the shoes that you are returning are unworn and in the condition that you received them in.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all returns. To process a return, send an e-mail to nest@inkermannyc.com including your order number and the reason that you are returning your shoes. We will respond as soon as possible and include a prepaid return label.

Just drop your package off at the nearest FedEx drop-off location, and we will notify you via email once your returned items have been received. If the shoes are in good condition, we will issue the refund to whatever payment method you used for your initial purchase.

We are happy to offer an exchange for a new size or colorway, so long as we have the shoes that you want in stock and the exchanged shoes are unworn and in the condition that you received them in. If we do not currently have the shoes you would like in stock, we will offer a full refund, instead. Review our refund policy above for details on this process. 

Please send an email to nest@inkermannyc.com to begin the exchange process, including your initial order number and the shoes that you would like instead. We will respond as soon as possible, letting you know whether or not we can fulfill your exchange request. If we do have your requested shoes in stock, we will include a prepaid return label for you to send your initial order back, and send your new shoes to you within 24-48 hours.

Please note that you have 14 days from the exchange request date to return the original item. If we don't receive your return by then, we will charge you the full price of the new item.
