This giveaway is administered by Inkerman (“Sponsor”), in partnership with Quaker Marine, Tombolo, and Randolph (collectively, the “Participating Brands”).
The giveaway is open to United States residents only, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry, with a maximum of one entry per person.
Participants enter the giveaway by subscribing and providing their name and email address through Summer 2026 Giveaway, or through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement directing to that page.
The giveaway begins on August 10th, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway concludes. To remain eligible, participants must stay actively subscribed to marketing emails from all four participating brands — Inkerman, Quaker Marine, Tombolo, and Randolph — through the time of the drawing. Unsubscribing from any one brand's list before the drawing will make an entrant ineligible to win.
The winner will be contacted at the email address provided upon entry, from giveaway@inkermannyc.com, no later than September 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the notification, a new winner will be selected in their place. This process may repeat up to two (2) times, after which the prize will be forfeited and remain unawarded, at the Sponsor's discretion.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The winner will receive:
- One (1) $500 Inkerman gift card
- One (1) $500 Quaker Marine gift card
- One (1) $500 Tombolo gift card
- One (1) $500 Randolph gift card
Total prize value: $2,000. Gift cards will be issued to the winner's email address within two (2) weeks of confirmed winner response. Each gift card is non-transferable and subject to the issuing brand's applicable terms and conditions. In the event any Participating Brand is unable to issue its gift card, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, as determined by the Sponsor.
The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value. The Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to issuing the gift cards.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Inkerman, Quaker Marine, Tombolo, and Randolph until they unsubscribe. Information provided, including name and email address, may be shared among the four Participating Brands for administration of this giveaway and for future marketing communications from each brand. Participants may unsubscribe from any individual brand's marketing emails at any time; however, unsubscribing prior to the drawing date will make that entrant ineligible to win, as described above. Participation in the giveaway constitutes each participant's agreement to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Inkerman, Quaker Marine, Tombolo, Randolph, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize — including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
The Sponsor and Participating Brands reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, and to prosecute any fraudulent activity to the fullest extent of the law. The Sponsor and Participating Brands reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond their reasonable control impairs its integrity.
This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
